Well what a week of sport, could anyone not have noticed? Wimbledon did not dissappoint, amazing tennis and sportsmanship this year, deserved winners 👏
Huge comiserations to England on narrowly missing out in the Euro Finals, they seem a really nice bunch of guys and an honourable Manager, I hope they stick together.
Delighted to see McIntyre win the Scottish Open golf, always love it when a local lad wins. ⛳
Although Galway beat my Dublin, so glad to see them in the final of the Sam Maguire! Gaillimh Abu! ⚽
Hope all our followers in France had a wonderful Bastille Day 🍷 We'll toast you with French 75. This week we look at Wimbledon Style, the Power of Breathing, how to reuse your ground coffee, an Picnic emergency tip, a French cocktail and prototyping a new product for AW 2024.
Was so glad to see Kate Middleton back at Wimbledon, looking really amazing and so healthy, we wish her all the very best. I loved her purple dress and nod to traditional Wimbledon colours.
I also loved the masculine tailoring on Zendaya and Glenn Close and how its done - Saville row inspired with a double breasted cream suit and in country casuals style with the knitted tie.
Pierce Brosnan wins my best dressed though - perfect tailoring, cut and colours ♥️
Also love Ralph Lauren's Court Official

The Power of Breathing
Did you know - the mouth should never be used for breathing!
International breath expert Patrick McKeown (above) has worked with a huge range of clients from the US Military to Coldplay! I heard him on RTE with @Maura talking about the importance of breathing through your nose only and the benefits of proper breath work, click on the link below to see how its done or if you suffer anxiety (symptons above) check out his course here

How to use your ground coffee?
Did you know that your used coffee from your percolator or filter works as a as a slug, pest and animal deterrent, as a mulch, and as a fertiliser. I sprinkle used coffee grounds on my herbs and especially our Camelia bed and plants that like erecaious soil. Tomatoes do not enjoy a shot of caffine but nearly all other plants do.

French 75 cocktail
As a nod to Bastille Day yesterday, this weeks recipe is A French 75, a simple, elegant cocktail containing Champagne, gin or cognac, sugar and lemon.
Said to have been created during World War 1 by a Parisian bartender. Its name comes from the 75-millimeter field guns used in World War I
