Well doesn't it feel like Summer is finally here? Been a long time coming!

THE PALOMA

I love this cocktail because you can pre make most of it, I bought freshly squeezed Grapefruit juice, squeezed the limes and used Maple Syrup instead of Agave Syrup (because I had none) when the girls called over, I let them add their own soda water and ice.

APPLE, FENNEL & CELERIAC SLAW

The recipe calls for a spiralizer, but I use a Madolin and grate the celeriac. It lasts for a week in the fridge and I love it with top quality smoke salmon or simple grilled chicken.
